The Oswego Panthers (Oswego, IL) baseball trounced the visiting Kaneland Knights (Maple Park, IL), 12-2 in Saturday's non-league contest.

Coming up next, the Panthers encounter the Minooka Indians (Minooka, IL) in a Southwest Prairie contest, on Tuesday, April 19. Oswego will attempt to better on its 5-2 season record. The Indians come into the contest with a 11-3 record after their 12-10 non-league loss to Lincoln-Way West (New Lenox, IL).

The Knights now sport a 7-5 record. They play next when they host Ottawa for a Interstate Eight contest on Monday, April 18. Kaneland will confront a Pirates team coming off a 12-0 non-league win over Indian Creek (Shabbona, IL). The Pirates record now stands at 10-2.
