The West Rowan Falcons baseball team scored 8 runs and limited the visiting Lake Norman Wildcats to 6 in the Falcons non-league victory on Saturday.

The Falcons (13-5) will now prepare for their match against Porter Ridge (Indian Trail, NC). The Pirates go into the non-league match with a 11-5 record. In their last match, Porter Ridge edged Weddington (Matthews, NC), 16-2, in a league match.

The Wildcats (12-5) will now prepare for their match against East Rowan (Salisbury, NC). The Mustangs go into the non-league match with a 16-3 record. In their last match, East Rowan by Marvin Ridge (Waxhaw, NC), 8-4, in a non-league match.
