The Muenster Hornets baseball team scored 11 runs and limited the host Sanger Indians to 10 in the Hornets non-league victory on Saturday.
The Hornets (7-4) will now prepare for their match against Poolville (Poolville, TX). The Monarchs go into the 2A Region II District 10 match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Poolville edged Perrin-Whitt (Perrin, TX), 7-5, in a non-league match.
The Indians (10-12) will now prepare for their match against Celina (Celina, TX). The Bobcats go into the 4A Region II District 9 match with a 17-3 record. In their last match, Celina edged Gainesville (Gainesville, TX), 14-3, in a league match.
