The Porter Ridge Pirates the visiting West Rowan Falcons baseball team by a count of 6-1 in Saturday's non-league bout.

The Pirates now possess a 12-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Cox Mill for a non-league bout on Monday, April 18. Porter Ridge will face a Chargers team coming off a 10-8 non-league loss to Sun Valley (Monroe, NC). The Chargers record now stands at 10-7.

Next, the Falcons face the Sun Valley Spartans (Monroe, NC) in a non-league bout, on Monday, April 18. West Rowan will attempt to move on its 13-5 season record. The Spartans enter the bout with a 16-2 record after their 10-8 non-league win over Cox Mill (Concord, NC).
