The Evansville Central Bears lacrosse team scored 13 points and held the visiting Greenwood Gators to 2 in the Bears non-league win on Saturday.
The Bears (6-3) will now prepare for their match against Evansville Reitz (Evansville, IN). The Panthers go into the Class 1A match with a 3-3 record. In their last match, Evansville Reitz prevailed over Bowling Green (Bowling Green, KY), 7-3, in a non-league match.
The Gators (2-7) will now prepare for their match against South Warren (Bowling Green, KY). The Spartans go into the CHSGLL West match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, South Warren was overwhelmed by Evansville Reitz (Evansville, IN), 7-3, in a non-league match.
