In Saturday's non-league battle, the host Seckman Jaguars soccer squad scored a close 6-0 triumph over the Murphysboro Red Devils.
The Jaguars (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Incarnate Word Academy (St. Louis, MO). The Red Knights come into the non-league battle with a 1-1 record.
The Red Devils (7-6) will now prepare for their battle against Carterville (Carterville, IL). The Lions come into the Southern Illinois River-to-River - Mississippi battle with a 6-4 record. In their last battle, Carterville was overwhelmed by Marion (Marion, IL), 4-1, in a non-league battle.
