The Prospect Knights lacrosse team scored 8 points and held the visiting Conant Cougars to 1 in the Knights league win on Saturday.

The Knights (6-6) will now prepare for their match against Rolling Meadows (Rolling Meadows, IL). The Mustangs go into the Mid Suburban match with a 3-5 record. In their last match, Rolling Meadows was overwhelmed by Crystal Lake South (Crystal Lake, IL), 12-8, in a non-league match.

The Cougars (0-7) will now prepare for their match against Fremd (Palatine, IL). The Vikings go into the Mid Suburban match with a 9-0 record. In their last match, Fremd nudged Hoffman Estates (Hoffman Estates, IL), 17-1, in a league match.
