The Lincoln-Way West Warriors softball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Oak Forest Bengals to 3 in the Warriors non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Lincoln-Way West improves its record to 8-1 on the year. The Warriors travel to Bradley-Bourbonnais (Bradley, IL) to clash with the Boilermakers in a SouthWest Suburban game on Tuesday, April 19. The Boilermakers come into the game with a record of 9-3. Bradley-Bourbonnais won 9-3 in their recent non-league game against Bishop McNamara (Kankakee, IL)

In their next game, the Bengals clash with the Crete-Monee Warriors (Crete, IL) in a non-league game, on Saturday, April 23. Oak Forest will attempt to improve on its 7-5 season record.
