The Cranford Cougars softball team scored 2 runs and limited the host Immaculate Heart Academy Blue Eagles to 1 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Sunday.
With the triumph, Cranford moves its record to 4-0 on the year. The Cougars travel to Governor Livingston (Berkeley Heights, NJ) to play the Highlanders in a Union County - Mountain game on Tuesday, April 18. The Highlanders come into the game with a record of 5-1. Governor Livingston won 19-10 in their recent non-league game against Scotch Plains-Fanwood (Scotch Plains, NJ)
In their next game, the Blue Eagles play the DePaul Catholic Spartans (Wayne, NJ) in a Big North game, on Monday, April 17. Immaculate Heart Academy will attempt to move on its 5-2 season record.
