In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Ashley Bears baseball team scored a tight 14-10 victory over the Webberville Spartans.
The Bears (2-3) will now prepare for their game against Fulton (Middleton, MI). The Pirates go into the Mid-State game with a 4-4 record. In their last game, Fulton was overwhelmed by Saranac (Saranac, MI), 11-9, in a non-league game.
The Spartans (0-4) will now prepare for their game against Hill-McCloy (Montrose, MI). The Rams go into the non-league game with a 2-0 record.
