Spectators at Tuesday's league battle between the Middleton Vikings (Middleton, ID) and the host Borah Lions (Boise, ID), saw Middleton's baseball squad knock off Borah by a count of 9-1.

Coming up next, the Vikings play the Capital Golden Eagles (Boise, ID) in a 5A Southern Idaho battle, on Thursday, April 18. Middleton will attempt to move on its 14-3 season record. The Golden Eagles enter the battle with a 4-12 record after their 4-3 league win over Meridian (Meridian, ID).
