The DeMatha Stags crushed the visiting Saint John Paul the Great Catholic Wolves baseball team by a count of 10-0 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Stags now possess a 17-3 record. They take the field next when they host Gonzaga for a Washington Catholic bout on Thursday, April 18. DeMatha will face a Eagles team coming off a 13-3 league win over Bishop McNamara (Forestville, MD). The Eagles record now stands at 13-5.
Next, the Wolves face the Bishop O'Connell Knights (Arlington, VA) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, April 20. Saint John Paul the Great Catholic will attempt to move on its 1-10 season record. The Knights enter the bout with a 10-8 record after their 4-0 league win over Bishop Ireton (Alexandria, VA).
