The Pierce City Eagles nudged the visiting Miller Cardinals baseball team by a tally of 10-9 in Tuesday's league bout.
The Eagles now hold a 4-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Crane for a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 17. Pierce City will face a Pirates team coming off a 12-5 non-league win over Dadeville (Dadeville, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 2-12.
Next, the Cardinals face the Diamond Wildcats (Diamond, MO) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, April 18. Miller will attempt to advance on its 6-8 season record.
