In Tuesday's non-league game, the host Temple Tigers baseball team scored a tight 10-5 victory over the Mt. Zion Eagles.
The Tigers (13-9) will now prepare for their game against Hiram (Hiram, GA). The Hornets go into the non-league game with a 8-12 record. In their last game, Hiram tipped Drew Charter (Atlanta, GA), 10-0, in a non-league game.
The Eagles (14-9) will now prepare for their game against Manchester (Manchester, GA). The Blue Devils go into the non-league game with a 9-11 record. In their last game, Manchester was overwhelmed by Jordan (Columbus, GA), 6-4, in a non-league game.
