The Mt. Spokane Wildcats softball team scored 39 runs and limited the host Cheney Blackhawks to 35 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Mt. Spokane moves its record to 2-2 on the year. The Wildcats travel to North Central (Spokane, WA) to play the Wolfpack in a non-league game on Friday, April 19. The Wolfpack come into the game with a record of 0-0.

In their next game, the Blackhawks play the Ferris Saxons (Spokane, WA) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 18. Cheney will attempt to move on its 1-2 season record. The Saxons come into the game with a 1-3 record after their 22-8 non-league loss to Mead (Spokane, WA).
