The South Elgin Storm lacrosse team scored 7 points and held the host Hampshire Whip-Purs to 4 in the Storm non-league win on Tuesday.
The Storm (7-2) will now prepare for their match against Wheaton North (Wheaton, IL). The Falcons go into the non-league match with a 7-0 record. In their last match, Wheaton North nudged St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL), 8-5, in a league match.
The Whip-Purs (5-2) will now prepare for their match against Prairie Ridge (Crystal Lake, IL). The Wolves go into the Fox Valley match with a 4-4 record. In their last match, Prairie Ridge by Grayslake North (Grayslake, IL), 7-6, in a non-league match.
