In Tuesday's non-league test, the host Jacobs Golden Eagles lacrosse squad scored a good 16-4 victory over the Taft Eagles.
The Golden Eagles now have a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they host Huntley for a Fox Valley test on Thursday, April 18. Jacobs will face a Red Raiders squad coming off a 23-4 non-league win over Grant Community (Fox Lake, IL). The Red Raiders record now stands at 5-3.
In their next game, the Eagles face the St. Laurence Vikings (Burbank, IL) in a non-league test, on Saturday, April 20. Taft will attempt to move on its 2-9 season record. The Vikings come into the test with a 1-6 record after their 20-3 league win over Marmion (Aurora, IL).
