Ohio High School Lacrosse - Mentor drops to Strongsville

Strongsville Mustangs (Strongsville, OH) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad overcome the visiting Mentor Cardinals (Mentor, OH), 13-5 in a non-league battle.

The Mustangs now own a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host Avon Lake for a Region 1 battle on Thursday, April 18. Strongsville will clash with a Shoremen squad coming off a 9-3 non-league loss to Olmsted Falls (Olmsted Falls, OH). The Shoremen record now stands at 1-7.

In their next game, the Cardinals clash with the Orange Lions (Pepper Pike, OH) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 19. Mentor will attempt to advance on its 4-5 season record. The Lions come into the battle with a 7-1 record after their 15-4 non-league win over Notre Dame-Cathedral Latin (Chardon, OH).
