In Tuesday's league contest, the Blair Blazers (Silver Spring, MD) softball team held off the host Walter Johnson Wildcats (Bethesda, MD), by a margin of 9-8.
With the triumph, Blair moves its record to 4-1 on the year.
In their next game, the Wildcats play the Wheaton Knights (Silver Spring, MD) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, April 18. Walter Johnson will attempt to move on its 7-2 season record.
