The Perry Commodores softball team scored 17 runs and limited the visiting Cory-Rawson Fighting Hornets to 4 in the Commodores league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Perry moves its record to 3-5 on the year. The Commodores travel to Botkins (Botkins, OH) to play the Trojans in a non-league game on Thursday, April 18. The Trojans come into the game with a record of 5-4. Botkins won 8-6 in their recent non-league game against Kalida (Kalida, OH)

In their next game, the Fighting Hornets play the Hardin Northern Polar Bears (Dola, OH) in a non-league game, on Friday, April 19. Cory-Rawson will attempt to move on its 0-7 season record. The Polar Bears come into the game with a 4-6 record after their 22-12 non-league win over Pandora-Gilboa (Pandora, OH).
