The Eminence Eels softball team scored 14 runs and limited the visiting Indiana School for the Deaf Deaf Hoosiers to 0 in the Eels non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Eminence moves its record to 5-0 on the year. The Eels host Greenwood Christian Academy (Greenwood, IN) to play the Cougars in a non-league game on Thursday, April 18. The Cougars come into the game with a record of 0-2. Greenwood Christian Academy lost 19-2 in their recent non-league game against Eastern Greene (Bloomfield, IN)

In their next game, the Deaf Hoosiers play the Herron Achaeans (Indianapolis, IN) in a non-league game, on Thursday, April 18. Indiana School for the Deaf will attempt to move on its 2-2 season record. The Achaeans come into the game with a 3-4 record after their 11-7 non-league win over Purdue Polytechnic (Indianapolis, IN).
