The Paris Greyhounds softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Powell County Pirates to 0 in the Greyhounds non-league triumph on Tuesday.

With the triumph, Paris improves its record to 4-11 on the year. The Greyhounds travel to Montgomery County (Mt. Sterling, KY) to clash with the Indians in a District 40 game on Thursday, April 18. The Indians come into the game with a record of 15-2. Montgomery County won 10-0 in their recent non-league game against Wolfe County (Campton, KY)

In their next game, the Pirates clash with the Estill County Engineers (Irvine, KY) in a District 56 game, on Monday, April 22. Powell County will attempt to improve on its 2-7 season record.
