In Wednesday's non-league bout, the Damascus Hornets (Damascus, MD) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Southern Bulldogs (Harwood, MD), by a tally of 11-1.
Next up, the Hornets encounter the Wootton Patriots (Rockville, MD) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, April 22. Damascus will attempt to upgrade on its 10-2 season record.
The Bulldogs (2-9) will now prepare for their bout against Broadneck (Annapolis, MD). The Bruins enter the Anne Arundel County bout with a 10-0 record. In their last bout, Broadneck overcame La Plata (La Plata, MD), 7-4, in a non-league bout.
