Ohio High School Baseball - St. John wallops Grand Valley

The St. John Fighting Herald (Ashtabula, OH) baseball trounced the host Grand Valley Mustangs (Orwell, OH), 14-4 in Wednesday's league challenge.

The Fighting Herald now own a 7-2 record. They take the field next when they host Harding for a Northeastern Athletic- Stripes challenge on Thursday, April 17. St. John will clash with a Skippers team coming off a 13-7 league loss to Chalker (Southington, OH). The Skippers record now stands at 0-5.

With the defeat, Grand Valley drops to 3-2 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Edgewood (Ashtabula, OH) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 18. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 3-2. Edgewood won 4-3 in their recent league challenge against Lakeside (Ashtabula, OH)
