The Hollis-Brookline Cavaliers baseball team scored 12 runs and held the visiting Kennett Eagles to 8 in the Cavaliers league win on Wednesday.
The Cavaliers now own a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they host Merrimack Valley for a Division II test on Friday, April 18. Hollis-Brookline will clash with a The Pride team coming off a 6-3 league loss to Pembroke (Pembroke, NH). The The Pride record now stands at 0-1.
With the defeat, Kennett drops to 1-3 on the year. The Eagles host Laconia (Laconia, NH) to clash with the Sachems in a Division II test on Monday, April 21. The Sachems go into the test with a record of 0-3. Laconia lost 13-2 in their recent league test against Plymouth (Plymouth, NH)
