The St. Francis Spartans (Wheaton, IL) baseball trounced the host Loyola Academy Ramblers (Wilmette, IL), 13-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
The Spartans now own a 8-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bartlett for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 19. St. Francis will clash with a Hawks team coming off a 17-0 league win over Aurora East (Aurora, IL). The Hawks record now stands at 7-8.
With the defeat, Loyola Academy drops to 7-9 on the year. The Ramblers host Grayslake Central (Grayslake, IL) to clash with the Rams in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21. The Rams go into the challenge with a record of 12-2.
