In Wednesday's league bout, the North Branford Thunderbirds (North Branford, CT) baseball squad overwhelmed the host Old Saybrook Rams (Old Saybrook, CT), by a tally of 10-0.
Next up, the Thunderbirds encounter the Wilcox RVT Wildcats (Meriden, CT) in a non-league bout, on Friday, April 18. North Branford will attempt to upgrade on its 5-1 season record.
The Rams (1-3) will now prepare for their bout against East Hampton (East Hampton, CT). The Bellringers enter the non-league bout with a 2-4 record. In their last bout, East Hampton overcame Rockville (Vernon, CT), 6-5, in a non-league bout.
