In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Ogilvie Lions baseball team scored a nice 18-5 win over the St. John's Prep Johnnies.
The Lions (3-0) will now prepare for their game against Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] (Isle, MN). The Huskies go into the non-league game with a 5-2 record. In their last game, Mille Lacs co-op [Isle/Onamia] knocked off Hill City/Northland (Hill City, MN), 13-8, in a non-league game.
In their next game, the Johnnies confront the Upsala/Swanville Patriots (Upsala, MN) in a Prairie contest, on Tuesday, April 22. St. John's Prep will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record. The Patriots come into the contest with a 2-2 record after their 1-0 league loss to Long Prairie-Grey Eagle (Long Prairie, MN).
