The Summit Hilltoppers volleyball team scored 2 points and restricted the host Plainfield Cardinals to 1 in the Hilltoppers non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Hilltoppers now possess a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Scotch Plains-Fanwood for a UCC - Watchung outing on Monday, April 21. Summit will play a Raiders team coming off a 2-1 non-league loss to Hillsborough (Hillsborough, NJ). The Raiders record now stands at 7-2.

With the loss, Plainfield drops to 5-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals travel to Hillside (Hillside, NJ) to play the Comets in a UCC - Mountain outing on Monday, April 21. The Comets come into the outing with a record of 1-7. Hillside lost 2-0 in their recent non-league outing against Union (Union, NJ)
