Henry Clay Blue Devils (Lexington, KY) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the host Lexington Catholic Knights (Lexington, KY), 20-2 in a non-league battle.
With the victory, Henry Clay advances its record to 6-3 on the season. The Blue Devils host Tates Creek (Lexington, KY) to encounter the Commodores in a non-league battle on Monday, April 21. The Commodores come into the battle with a record of 0-7.
The Knights now sport a 4-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lafayette for a Region 8 battle on Wednesday, April 23. Lexington Catholic will encounter a Generals team coming off a 18-0 non-league loss to Sayre (Lexington, KY). The Generals record now stands at 3-5.
