Fans at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Pinewood Prep Panthers (Summerville, SC) and the visiting Legion Collegiate Academy Lancers (Rock Hill, SC), saw Pinewood Prep's soccer squad hold off Legion Collegiate Academy by a score of 2-1.

The Panthers (13-3) will now prepare for their battle against Hilton Head Christian Academy (Hilton Head Island, SC). The Eagles enter the SCISA AAA Region II battle with a 8-9 record. In their last battle, Hilton Head Christian Academy was edged by Porter-Gaud (Charleston, SC), 7-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Lancers confront the Atlantic Collegiate Academy Armada (Conway, SC) in a non-league battle, on Friday, April 18. Legion Collegiate Academy will attempt to improve on its 9-7 season record. The Armada enter the battle with a 7-1 record after their 1-0 league win over Manning (Manning, SC).
