The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Freeman Mavericks (Richmond, VA) and the host Collegiate Cougars (Richmond, VA), saw Freeman's baseball team gain a win over Collegiate by a tally of 10-0.
The Mavericks (4-3) will now prepare for their battle against Hanover (Mechanicsville, VA). The Hawks enter the non-league battle with a 2-3 record. In their last battle, Hanover was overwhelmed by Atlee (Mechanicsville, VA), 4-3, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Cougars face the St. Anne's-Belfield Saints (Charlottesville, VA) in a battle, on Tuesday, May 6. Collegiate will attempt to upgrade on its 1-5 season record.
