California High School Baseball - Torrance defeats South

In Wednesday's non-league game, the visiting Torrance Tartars baseball team scored a close 7-2 win over the South Spartans.
The Tartars (6-1) will now prepare for their game against Warren (Downey, CA). The Bears go into the non-league game with a 9-4 record. In their last game, Warren nudged Lakewood (Lakewood, CA), 11-7, in a non-league game.
Next, the Spartans play the Wiseburn- Da Vinci Wolves (El Segundo, CA) in a game, on Wednesday, April 23. South will attempt to improve on its 4-12 season record. The Wolves go into the game with a 16-6 record after their 10-5 league win over Peninsula (Rolling Hills Estates, CA).
