The Cherokee Trail Cougars (Aurora, CO) lacrosse nudged the host Kent Denver Sun Devils (Englewood, CO), 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league outing.
The Cougars now own a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they host Grandview for a outing on Friday, April 18. Cherokee Trail will face a Wolves squad coming off a 6-6 non-league Arapahoe (Centennial, CO). The Wolves record now stands at 10-0.
With the loss, Kent Denver falls to 1-4 on the year. The Sun devils host Denver East (Denver, CO) to face the Angels in a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 23. The Angels go into the outing with a record of 4-4.
