In Wednesday's non-league match, the visiting Billerica Memorial Indians softball team scored a tight 7-2 victory over the Haverhill Hillies.

The Indians (1-1) will now prepare for their match against Methuen (Methuen, MA). The Rangers go into the non-league match with a 0-2 record.

In their next game, the Hillies battle the North Andover Scarlet Knights (North Andover, MA) in a non-league match, on Friday, April 18. Haverhill will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record.
