The Hough Huskies lacrosse squad scored 14 points and limited the host Cape Fear Academy Hurricanes to 2 in the Huskies non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Huskies now own a 14-2 record. They take the field next when they host Myers Park for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 22. Hough will clash with a Mustangs squad coming off a 15-14 non-league win over Nation Ford (Fort Mill, SC). The Mustangs record now stands at 4-9.
With the loss, Cape Fear Academy falls to 6-5 on the year. The Hurricanes host St. David's (Raleigh, NC) to clash with the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Friday, April 25. The Warriors go into the challenge with a record of 2-5. St. David's lost 8-7 in their recent league challenge against SouthLake Christian Academy (Huntersville, NC)
