The Dallas Mountaineers lacrosse squad scored 15 points and limited the visiting Tunkhannock Tigers to 1 in the Mountaineers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Mountaineers now own a 5-5 record. They take the field next when they host Danville for a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21. Dallas will clash with a Ironmen squad coming off a 13-10 non-league loss to Pleasant Valley (Brodheadsville, PA). The Ironmen record now stands at 1-5.

With the loss, Tunkhannock falls to 2-7 on the year. The Tigers host Scranton Prep (Scranton, PA) to clash with the Cavaliers in a Wyoming Valley Lacrosse League challenge on Monday, April 21. The Cavaliers go into the challenge with a record of 11-1. Scranton Prep won 15-3 in their recent league challenge against Lakeland (Jermyn, PA)
