The Hanover Park Hornets lacrosse squad scored 12 points and limited the host Dayton Bulldogs to 5 in the Hornets non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Hornets now own a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Morristown for a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 19. Hanover Park will clash with a Colonials squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Roxbury (Succasunna, NJ). The Colonials record now stands at 3-2.

With the loss, Dayton falls to 2-3 on the year. The Bulldogs host Lenape Valley (Stanhope, NJ) to clash with the Patriots in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21. The Patriots go into the challenge with a record of 2-5. Lenape Valley lost 13-2 in their recent league challenge against Kinnelon (Kinnelon, NJ)
