Fans at Wednesday's non-league test between the Glenbard North Panthers (Carol Stream, IL) and the host Oak Park-River Forest Huskies (Oak Park, IL), witnessed Glenbard North's lacrosse squad hold off Oak Park-River Forest by a count of 9-8.

The Panthers (2-4) will now prepare for their test against Batavia (Batavia, IL). The Bulldogs enter the DuKane test with a 0-7 record. In their last test, Batavia was nipped by South Elgin (South Elgin, IL), 18-0, in a non-league outing.

With the loss, Oak Park-River Forest falls to 3-3 on the year. The Huskies travel to Hinsdale Central (Hinsdale, IL) to face the Red Devils in a West Suburban outing on Saturday, April 19. The Red Devils go into the outing with a record of 5-4. Hinsdale Central lost 8-7 in their recent league outing against Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL)
