The Portsmouth Clippers lacrosse squad scored 11 points and limited the host Souhegan Sabers to 3 in the Clippers league triumph on Wednesday.

The Clippers now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Hanover for a Division II challenge on Friday, April 18. Portsmouth will clash with a Bears squad coming off a 13-1 league win over Alvirne (Hudson, NH). The Bears record now stands at 1-0.

With the loss, Souhegan falls to 0-2 on the year. The Sabers travel to Timberlane (Plaistow, NH) to clash with the Owls in a Division II challenge on Friday, April 18. The Owls go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Timberlane won 13-4 in their recent league challenge against Kingswood (Wolfeboro, NH)
