Ohio High School Softball - Riverdale can't get by Arcadia

Arcadia Redskins (Arcadia, OH) supporters left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the visiting Riverdale Falcons (Mt. Blanchard, OH), 13-12 in a league game.

With the triumph, Arcadia improves its record to 6-6 on the year. The Redskins host Hopewell-Loudon (Bascom, OH) to play the Chieftains in a non-league game on Thursday, April 17. The Chieftains enter the game with a record of 8-5. Hopewell-Loudon won 18-1 in their recent league game against St. Mary Central Catholic (Sandusky, OH)

The Falcons now hold a 4-4 record. They play next when they host Upper Scioto Valley for a non-league game on Thursday, April 17. Riverdale will play a Rams squad coming off a 11-0 league loss to Ridgedale (Morral, OH). The Rams record now stands at 2-6.
