Next, the Cougars meet the Joliet West Tigers (Joliet, IL) in a Suburban Prairie - South test, on Thursday, April 17. Plainfield South will attempt to advance on its 8-5 season record. The Tigers go into the test with a 2-8 record after their 19-1 league win over Joliet Central (Joliet, IL).

The Bulldogs (1-8) will now prepare for their test against Lake Park (Roselle, IL). The Lancers go into the DuKane test with a 9-2 record. In their last test, Lake Park by Glenbard West (Glen Ellyn, IL), 9-4, in a non-league test.
