The Concord Raiders triumphed over the visiting William Penn Colonials softball squad by a count of 19-0 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.
Next, the Raiders meet the Odyssey Charter Owls (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, May 2. Concord will attempt to upgrade on its 8-2 season record.
The Colonials (1-7) will now prepare for their challenge against Newark Charter School (Newark, DE). The Patriots enter the non-league challenge with a 3-6 record. In their last challenge, Newark Charter School overcame MOT Charter (Middletown, DE), 15-2, in a league challenge.
