In Wednesday's non-league test, the Lynnfield Pioneers (Lynnfield, MA) softball squad overwhelmed the visiting Hamilton-Wenham Regional Generals (South Hamilton, MA), by a tally of 10-2.

Next, the Pioneers clash with the Lowell Catholic Crusaders (Lowell, MA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, April 17. Lynnfield will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record. The Crusaders enter the challenge with a 1-1 record after their 19-2 non-league win over North Middlesex Regional (Townsend, MA).

The Generals (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Salem Academy Charter (Salem, MA). The Navigator enter the non-league challenge with a 0-2 record. In their last challenge, Salem Academy Charter was routed by Mystic Valley Regional (Malden, MA), 14-1, in a non-league challenge.
