The Whippany Park Wildcats softball squad (Whippany, NJ), was routed 12-4 in Wednesday's league contest with the visiting Hanover Park Hornets (East Hanover, NJ)

With the triumph, Hanover Park improves its record to 3-1 on the year. The Hornets host Morris Knolls (Rockaway, NJ) to clash with the Golden Eagles in a non-league test on Thursday, April 17. The Golden Eagles go into the test with a record of 2-3. Morris Knolls won 9-1 in their recent non-league test against West Morris Central (Chester, NJ)

The Wildcats (3-3) will now prepare for their test against Morris Catholic (Denville, NJ). The Crusaders go into the NJAC - Liberty test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Morris Catholic prevailed over Pequannock (Pompton Plains, NJ), 17-3, in a league test.
