The Poolesville Falcons baseball squad (Poolesville, MD), was overwhelmed 11-5 in Thursday's league contest with the host Damascus Swarmin' Hornets (Damascus, MD)

With the triumph, Damascus moves its record to 10-2 on the season. The Swarmin' Hornets travel to Northwest (Germantown, MD) to confront the Jaguars in a non-league contest on Saturday, April 18. The Jaguars come into the contest with a record of 8-3. Northwest won 21-1 in their recent non-league contest against Watkins Mill (Gaithersburg, MD)

The Falcons now possess a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Seneca Valley for a Montgomery County 3A/2A contest on Saturday, April 18. Poolesville will confront a Screaming Eagles squad coming off a 24-5 non-league loss to Clarksburg (Clarksburg, MD). The Screaming Eagles record now stands at 2-7.
