The Rayne Wolves softball squad (Rayne, LA), was edged 2-1 in Thursday's non-league contest with the visiting Assumption Mustangs (Napoleonville, LA)
With the triumph, Assumption improves its record to 10-22 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Lutcher (Lutcher, LA) to face the Bulldogs in a non-league contest on Sunday, April 19. The Bulldogs enter the contest with a record of 22-6. Lutcher won 9-2 in their recent non-league contest against Destrehan (Destrehan, LA)
The Wolves now hold a 10-18 record.
