Florida High School Softball - Forest bounces Belleview

April 16, 2026: Belleview, FL 34420

The Forest Wildcats softball team scored 13 runs and held the host Belleview Rattlers to 4 in the Wildcats non-league win on Thursday.

The Wildcats now possess a 13-7 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lake Minneola for a 6A District 4 battle on Monday, April 20. Forest will confront a Hawks team coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Foundation Academy (Winter Garden, FL). The Hawks record now stands at 12-7.

With the loss, Belleview moves to 18-3 on the season. The Rattlers travel to Palatka (Palatka, FL) to confront the Panthers in a non-league battle on Monday, April 20. The Panthers come into the battle with a record of 13-9. Palatka lost 7-1 in their recent non-league battle against Columbia (Lake City, FL)
