The Marlboro County Bulldogs baseball team scored 6 runs and limited the host Cheraw Braves to 1 in the Bulldogs non-league victory on Monday.
The Bulldogs (10-1) will now prepare for their match against Camden (Camden, SC). The Bulldogs go into the 3A Region 6 match with a 2-2 record.
The Braves (12-9) will now prepare for their match against York Prep (Rock Hill, SC). The Patriots go into the 2A Region 5 match with a 4-7 record. In their last match, York Prep was overwhelmed by Buford (Lancaster, SC), 24-0, in a league match.
