The Johnson City Eagles baseball team scored 9 runs and limited the visiting Junction Eagles to 0 in the Eagles league victory on Monday.
The Eagles (1-6) will now prepare for their match against Center Point (Center Point, TX). The Pirates go into the 2A Region IV District 28 match with a 2-5 record. In their last match, Center Point was overwhelmed by Harper (Harper, TX), 16-2, in a league match.
The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Mason (Mason, TX). The Punchers go into the 2A Region IV District 28 match with a 1-5 record.
